Cariad would like to express our sincere thanks to all that have given up their time to help promote awareness and raise funds to purchase defibrillators for our schools and communities. Without their help Cariad would not be possible.

Cariad holds the annual Snowdon Challenge which sees participants carry a Zoll AED Plus defibrillator to the summit.

February 2016 Defibrillator campaign

In February 2016 saw Cariad support the Welsh Ambulance Service promote the importance of defibrillators, encouraging people to actively locate public access defibrillators across Wales.

This enabled us to locate defibrillators and place them onto the Welsh Ambulance Control. To be used in an emergency













2012 Wales Coastal Bike Challenge. 600 miles in 6 days

Amigo Cycle club UK challenge 2016

In 2016 we saw our toughest challenge  to date. The Amigo/Cariad UK cycle challenge saw the Amigo team complete a total of 1800miles, travelling around Wales, Ireland and visiting all UK capital cities.

During the summer of 2012 5 cyclist with a support team, set off around Wales. Following the Wales Coastal Path, on mountain bikes carrying Zoll AED Plus defibrillators. The team battled the typical Welsh Summer and cross country paths to complete the 600 mile journey back to Llanelli in just 6 Days.
